If a suitably qualified veterinarian diagnoses your puppy as having a life-threatening or seriously disabling defect of certain congenital/genetic origin listed below at any time in its life we will refund 100% of the purchase price or pay for treatment, up to the original purchase price, at a Veterinary clinic approved by MMK9TX.

We reserve the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice at our expense. If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the seller’s veterinarian, the buyer waives all rights to a refund. 

Our dogs have been extensively tested for over 200 genetic issues and have been found non-affected. This demonstrates a commitment to responsible breeding practices and ensuring the health and well-being of the puppies we produce.

Goldendoodles: The most common genetic diseases in Goldendoodles, which are covered by this Guarantee, are: Severe hip dysplasia, Grade 4 patella luxation, Grade 3 elbow dysplasia provided that the dog is not sterilized before 12 months of age and is never allowed to become obese. 

Note: To maintain the integrity of this warranty, it must be understood that an inconclusive or undetermined diagnosis will result in the warranty becoming void. 

Additionally, in consideration that only diseases with a clear congenital/genetic origin are covered by this warranty, it is important to take preventative measures to ensure optimal health, and reduce potential risks, which could result in this warranty becoming void. (Examples, but are not limited to a sub-optimal diet, chemicals, or trauma.) 

Refund Policy: 

We understand that losing a puppy is a heartbreaking experience, which is why we have established a clear refund policy. If, for any reason, your puppy passes away and you request a refund, we require a necropsy to be performed by a qualified veterinarian at your expense to determine the cause of death. However, if the reason for the death is a congenital/genetic problem or an illness that your puppy had at the time of purchase, we’ll refund your purchase price in full. To ensure your puppy’s well-being, we strongly recommend taking your puppy to your veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.

These guidelines aim to ensure your puppy’s health, safety, and well-being, as well as responsible ownership practices. 

• • • Vaccination Protocol: Your puppy will arrive already vaccinated, and to avoid over-vaccination, additional shots should not be administered within the first ten days after arrival.
    • Avoiding Risky Environments: Until the puppy completes its vaccination schedule, it should avoid places like dog parks, pet stores, and grooming shops where it might encounter unknown dogs and potential diseases.
    • Regular Veterinary Care: Scheduled visits to a licensed veterinarian are essential for the puppy’s health, including health checkups and timely vaccinations. Records will be required upon request for reimbursement to be considered.
    • Appropriate Exercise: Providing the right amount of exercise and mental stimulation is crucial for a puppy’s development. However, it’s important to consult with a veterinarian to ensure the exercise regimen is suitable for the puppy’s breed and age, avoiding over-exercising during growth periods.
    • Healthy Diet: The puppy should be provided with a nutritious diet, and any transition to a new food should be done gradually to prevent digestive issues. We recommend feeding premium dog foods such as Royal Canine or Diamond Natural Lamb and rice formula as well as approved supplements that are recommended, with careful attention to avoiding over or underfeeding, especially for breeds prone to conditions like hip dysplasia as the warranty would be void if the dog is not in normal weight range.
    • No Breeding: The puppy is intended solely as a companion, and breeding is prohibited unless the breeder and buyer agree in a separate contract that breeding is allowable. Failure to comply with this may void the health guarantee. Spaying or neutering should be done at the appropriate age as advised by your veterinarian.
    • Pet Insurance: Pet insurance to cover any health issues that may arise for a minimum of twelve months is suggested.
